Services
We provide permanent and seasonal lighting installation, design, and removal services for residential and commercial properties in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. All service details, including scope, pricing, and scheduling, are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or in person are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change after an on-site evaluation. A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to confirm your installation date.
Payments
Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. We may require a deposit to reserve materials and scheduling. Balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled installation, at our discretion.
Warranty and Maintenance
We stand behind our work. Any warranty or maintenance terms for your specific installation will be included in your service agreement. Warranty coverage applies to workmanship and manufacturer defects under normal use conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to weather-related delays beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
